Re:Toonator Rules

Re:Toonator (ru. Ре:Мультатор) - a website for online art and community. Here, anyone can draw. No matter the skill.

For safe experiences on the website, we have rules and punishments.

1. General:

1.1: By registering an account on the website, you agree that you are no younger than 14 years old.

1.2: By registering an account, the user agrees to all of the rules and their future updates. Not knowing the rules doesn’t excuse the responsibility.

1.3: Rules apply to all sections of the website, including drawings/animations, comments, profiles and other ways of interacting with the website.

1.4: By registering an account, you confirm that you are its sole owner. For all of the violations done using the account, the responsibility falls onto its owner, no matter who violated it. Sharing your account with 3rd parties is not allowed.

1.5: Rules can be updated at any time without prior notice to the users.

1.6: The staff team chooses how to punish violators by itself. We keep the right to punish users for a reason, not outlined in the rules.

1.7: Every user has a right to appeal.

2. Communication

We allow to talk about anything on the website, excluding:

2.1: Toxicity in any form, this includes aggression, provocation, bullying, inciting conflicts. We also do not welcome any humiliation, including racial identity, nationality, gender, sexual and/or romantic orientation, religion. Foul language is only permissible if it's not said to be hurtful to anyone in the community.

2.2: Any political discussion, we are a community outside of politics.

2.3: Flood, spam, and any meaningless messages.

2.4: Purposeful stalking of users - such as obsessive attention to a specific user, or a group of users. Including stalking using multiple accounts.

2.5: Searching and/or publishing personal data without the person`s consent.

2.6: Any form of advertising, including begging and ads of other sources on the website.

2.7: Placing any suspicious, potentially harmful links. Including links to software, phishing, ads, pornography, shock content, redirects.

2.8: Deliberately misleading users. Including sharing false or distorted and impersonating other people.

2.9: Grooming and any other forms of harmful contact, including underage users.

3. Requirements to works

Every toon must follow the rules and the requirements of the category, where it is published.

3.1: Only toons created in the included editor can appeal in the public album.

3.2: It is forbidden to publish other’s toons without any and/or tiny changes

3.3: It is forbidden to publish toons with quickly blinking frames.

3.4: Any sexualization of works that include pornographic content. Works, created with the intent to induce sexual excitement, are forbidden. Even if the character is clothed, or the intimate regions are covered, the decisive factor remains: poses, perspective, facial expressions, clothing details:

Poses and perspectives, focusing the attention to a specific body part: chest, stomach, groin, buttocks.
“Accidentally” slid down clothes, see-through clothing, lifted clothing.
Censoring lines, hiding explicit parts.
Any type of sexualization of underage characters.
Hints of sexualization.

3.5: Any toons with cruelty, including deep cuts, detailed drawings of insides of the character, self-harm, drugs, and other gore content are forbidden.

3.6: The website was a “Sandbox” section \- this is a place for practising skill, where toons which didn’t get into the main section. What appears in the sandbox:

Toons-”shakies”, toons with sloppy artwork/animation.
Tracing, toons made using external programs of scripts.
The simplest of toons such as moving dots, lines, stick figures and frames, colored in different colors.
Simplest letters, numbers, symbols, text.
Continuation of toons without charges or damage to the original

4. Website functionality

4.1: Save local copies of important to you works - the staff doesn’t take any responsibility for lost data due to technical reasons.

4.2. It is forbidden to use programs, plugins, scripts and exploits on the website. This includes using the website’s bugs, stealing of others’ toons, cheating in currency and gifts, using spam bots.

4.3: It is forbidden to create accounts with nicknames that violate rules 2.1 / 2.2.

4.4: Creating multiple accounts (alt account). We don’t allow more than two alt accounts per user. Using other accounts to bypass restrictions, cheating in likes, or making accounts seem as different people is restricted.

4.5: It is forbidden to attempt to get into others’ accounts, by guessing the password, phishing, using a saved session and other methods.

4.6: Placing toons into the Good Place which violate sections 2 and 3 (excluding 3.6) is forbidden.

5. Confidentiality

5.1: Personal data such as the username, email, and IP address may be given to third parties.
